Sitges is a popular coastal town in Spain known for its vibrant LGBTQ+ scene, beautiful beaches, and easy access from Barcelona. Here are some recommendations for gay-friendly places to stay, restaurants to try, and sightseeing options, along with web links where available.
We lived in Barcelona for more than 4 years and made Sitges one of our favorite beach town in Catalunya. The town is vibrant most hours of the day with abundant sunshine and great weather. The the beautiful beaches cater to every lifestyle including all gay, nude and family friendly beaches.
Food is terrific and many of the restaurants along the sea enjoy alfresco dinning. Please check out a few of our favorites that we enjoyed. Hotels range from moderate to 4 Star some along the beachfront.
Nightlife is plentiful and almost everyone will find something to their liking. From gay leather bars to Flamenco dancing! There really is something for everyone once the sun goes down.
